  • Are at least 23 years old
  • Have at least 1 year verifiable commercial driving experience
  • Have a clean MVR with:
    - With NO DUI or Drug / Alcohol positive test for the past 7 years
    - With NO license suspension over 30 days in the past 3 years
    - With NO serious moving violation in the past 5 years
