$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Drivers in Chicago, IL, Indianapolis, IN, and the greater Three Rivers, MI area can receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus when they start driving with Nussbaum after October 12, 2020.

How does it work?

You’ll get $1,000 after you haul your first load, then another $1,000 after three months, and a final $3,000 after six months. see below for more details about Nussbaum and for eligible locations.

Pay Details

  • $3,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • Earn $62,000 – $65,000 your first year with Nussbaum (with 1-2 years current experience)
  • $1,100 weekly minimum guaranteed
  • Plus Activity Pay
    • $15 for load pick up
    • $15 for final delivery
    • $8 for trailer swap on split loads
    • $8 for empty trailer moves (when no pickup/delivery at that location)

Additional Pay

  • Detention – $15/hour after only 1 hour
  • Door-to-Door Practical Miles –  paying both loaded and empty.
  • Layover/Breakdown – $200 per day rate.
  • Stop-off  Pay – $15 per stop in excess of 1st pick-up and final delivery.
  • Paid Parking – All Paid/Reserved Truck Parking is reimbursed.
