$5,000 TRANSITION BONUS
Pay Info: $1,300 weekly minimum guarantee, plus activity pay. $1,550-$1,650 avg. weekly earnings (mileage + activity). Earn $78-$86K your first year at Nussbaum!
These are starting pay figures for hires with 6mos – 2yrs experience. More experienced drivers will earn more!
Key Location Bonus: if you domicile in Chicago, Indianapolis, the Quad Cities, Des Moines IA, or Toledo OH – add an additional $100 to your guarantee ($1,400 total) and earn +$0.05 per mile. Earn $84-$92K your first year!
Get Home Weekly. On average, OTR drivers in our primary areas only miss 3 weekends per year.

Activity & Accessorial Pay: Stop-off Pay ($20/stop in excess of first/last), Trailer Relays & Shuttles ($12), Detention ($20/hr), & Layover ($250-$270/day).
On the Road – Covered: 100% Paid Parking Reimbursement, Elite Pass (tolls & scales), EFS Fuel Card (fuel, additives, DEF, oil, windshield fluid, etc.).
Road Warrior Program: do you like to be out 3-4 weeks at a time? Earn +$0.05/mile, +$100 to your weekly guarantee (for non-Key Location hires).
Qualifications: Valid CDL-A // At least 6 months of experience OR complete our training program // Meet all Nussbaum safety requirements.
