The Accounting Analyst plays a foundational role in (1) telling the story of Nussbaum’s financial success and (2) providing actionable information to Nussbaum decision makers.

Our ideal candidate is adept at administering work processes. They have an eye for accuracy, consistency, and can find the ‘needle in a haystack’ of numbers. This individual is energized by using numbers to inform/educate others toward achieving business excellence. Most importantly, the candidate has a strong desire to contribute to their team and gets the most excitement when the entire team wins. Below is a list of core responsibilities:

• Monthly Financial Preparation
• Financial Reporting
• Year End Audit Preparation
• Account Reconciliations
• Accounts Payable Administration
• Equipment Purchasing/Financing & Loan Administration
• Driver Payroll

Schedule

• Full time: Monday-Friday, 7am – 4:30pm
• Location: Corporate Offices – 19336 N 1425 East Rd., Hudson IL
