  • Respond to and triage support requests by phone, email, and in-person
  • Provide technical assistance for computer systems, hardware, and software
  • Train users and provide documentation on the use of hardware and software
  • Assist with Business Application updates and support
  • Help With EDI Setups and Support

  • Problem-solving, analytical, and team working skills
