Keeping His Word
Don LaVair was scaling a load at a Pilot in MA, and their payment system went down. They let him go without paying, and he said he would make arrangements to have it paid. We gave the truck stop a call to settle up. The general manager answered the call and said our driver was so respectful and kind about the situation, that he wasn’t going to charge us for the scale. Don’s attitude made a positive impact on those he interacted with this morning!
